Macedone Legal attend to all criminal matters and also focus on commercial law and litigation, especially for matters in building and construction and in contract disputes.

Sam Macedone has been practising law as a solicitor for over 37 years, having been admitted as a member of the legal profession of New South Wales in 1970. In this time, he has acquired a well-earned reputation amongst the legal fraternity and his associates and clients.

Sam commenced the practise of law in the Sutherland Shire in Jannali in January 1971. He became a partner of the firm Solari Macedone Christie Willis which thereafter became Solari Partners. The firm has since been known as Macedone Christie Willis for over 20 years.

Sam is an accredited specialist in criminal law, being his particular area of expertise. He has been involved in many leading and high profile cases and has an outstanding record of achievements in his field.

Sam also has a predisposition to involve himself in selected complex and interesting commercial litigation matters and has had some solid successes in matters which have called for an experienced warrior to do battle.

Macedone Legal is Sam’s new venture and is a boutique law firm specialising in criminal law and commercial litigation.
